The foil on the Black and White bags adhered differently, perhaps due to the material, and have flaws. They have imperfect edges and the foil had pressed a lot more wrinkly. The advantage is, they show more variation in holographic effect. However, the graphic will wear and crack with time. I have set the price cheaper for the Black and White bags due to the flaws.
When placing an order, you acknowledge this and understand that the Black and White bags are imperfect and will wear down sooner.
