🌙 Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

I currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, I do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Times

Because most items are made-to-order or handcrafted, please allow:

  • Print-on-demand items: 7–14 business days

  • Handmade items: 3–10 business days (varies by item)

  • Pre-order items: Ship on the date listed in the product description

Shipping times are in addition to processing times.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items produced in different facilities, you may receive multiple packages. This is normal.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on:

  • weight

  • size

  • destination

  • provider rates from my production partners

I do not mark up shipping costs — you pay what I pay.

Delivery Issues

Once a package is marked Delivered by USPS/UPS, it is considered fulfilled.
If your package is lost in transit (never arrives), please email me and I’ll help you start a claim.

🌙 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All Sales Are Final

Because each item is created specifically for your order, I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • incorrect size selection

  • change of mind

  • buyer’s remorse

  • slight variations in print color or placement

  • shrinkage due to washing or drying

  • delays caused by USPS/UPS

Please check size charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a printing error:

  1. Email me within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include photos of:

    • the item

    • the issue

    • the packaging (if damaged)

  3. I will arrange a replacement at no cost to you

Replacements are issued for the same item, not refunded unless a replacement is unavailable.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they enter production, which often happens within hours of placing it.
Email me ASAP and I’ll try my best — no guarantees.

🌙 Handmade Item Policy

Handmade pieces (resin art, soaps, custom accessories, etc.) may feature small variations:

  • color blending

  • glitter density

  • swirl patterns

  • resin pooling

  • micro-bubbles

These are normal and part of the charm of handcrafted items.
Handmade items are not eligible for return or exchange.

🌙 Product Accuracy

Colors & Mockups

Screen colors vary by device.
Print colors may differ slightly from digital mockups due to:

  • garment fabric

  • ink absorption

  • printer calibration

  • lighting conditions

These differences are normal and not considered defects.

Sizing

Size charts are provided on product pages.
Please review carefully — different shirt brands fit differently.

🌙 Fraud Prevention Policy

To keep my store safe, I reserve the right to:

  • cancel suspicious orders

  • request identity verification

  • refuse service to repeat fraudulent buyers

  • block orders placed through VPNs, proxies, or high-risk locations

Orders will be canceled if:

  • billing and shipping address cannot be verified

  • invalid or disposable emails are used

  • multiple failed payment attempts occur

  • known fraud patterns are detected

Refunds, when issued, will always go back to the original payment method.
