Items are made to order. Meaning the items are made one-by-one as soon as you place an order. Items that require sewing, take longer to make and will take about two weeks. Items that are already in-stock take less time to produce and can ship in a day or two.
This is why we do not have rush shipping, we cannot guarantee your items will arrive quickly because it is out of our hands.
Orders made during the holiday season may take longer to process and ship. Please order as early as possible to ensure prompt delivery.
Orders placed during the COVID-19 pandemic will take longer than usual.
This is because the print houses have a limited amount of employees working, and they are overwhelmed with items such as cloth face masks.
Items may ship separately depending on what you order, this is because we use a few different printing companies. You may receive different shipping confirmations in your email. Do not worry, if you only see 1 and not the others in that confirmation.
The free shipping offer/coupon code is limited to only addresses in the United States.
We do ship to international addresses. Please do make sure the address is complete and correct so that your package will actually arrive.
This policy may change in the future if there are too many fraudulent orders to international addresses.
International shipping has a min rate of $18. Taxes and customs fees may apply and the customer is responsible for paying those fees.
Returns and Exchanges
Refunds are only valid for products that are misprinted or turned out vastly different than as pictured.
Returns and Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed and received within 30 days of delivery.

Do not send the items back to the manufacturer, which may be the return address listed on the shipping label.
If there is a problem with the form, please email us instead. Please include your name, address, order number, and what was wrong with the order.
Items must be unworn and unwashed. Returns must include the original packaging, tags or accessories if they were sent with the items. Some items may not have come with tags so do not worry if they are without it.
If the shirt you ordered fits differently than you expected, you may exchange it for another size. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery of your order. We cannot accept exchanges after the 30 day period as passed.
A new order will be placed to the manufacturer after we receive the original item.
Wrong size, color or item
In the case that the order you received is the wrong color, size or item. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, send back the item to the PO Box in Concord, CA listed above, and we will have the issue corrected and shipped to you. Please allow additional time to have the item printed, as they are made to order.
We cannot accept returns unless the items are misprinted or damaged in transit.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the customer damaged the item. So please be careful in opening your package!
We do not print the items ourselves, we rely on outside companies to do the printing and shipping. Sometimes, the products turn out different than expected. If this happens, please contact us and let us know. Take photos so we can see where it went wrong. We will exchange your product for a new, revised one. (Please allow time for the product to be redesigned.) Or you can opt for a return and refund if this happens.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds only apply if the product is defective. Refunds will be credited to your credit card used to purchase the product. After we receive your returned item, a refund will be granted. You will be sent an email confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 days for it to appear on your credit statement.
Colors depicted may differ from the mockups provided online vs real life. The mockups are provided from various sources are merely mockups and not photos of the actual product. Our goal is to own every product we offer so we can take accurate photos. They will be photographed and posted on the product page as we get them.
Sizing varies by brand. We will note if a particular shirt is known to fit very small or very big and will note on the product page if you need to choose a different size than your usual.
Size charts are provided here, we try our best to have a chart for each brand so you can be satisfied with your new shirt! Small photos of each shirt have been provided on the size chart page so you know which shirt is which at a glance. If you are still confused, just ask!
I Need This Unicorn, LLC is not responsible for handmade soaps that get damaged or melted in transit. There are no refunds or returns on soap.
The One-Of-A-Kind tie dyed and decorated shirts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
