I have made the decision to discontinue many items, which include sublimation clothing, accessories and home wares.

Fulfilling items, using an outside manufacturer, especially one overseas, has caused a huge problem when it comes to shipping. One of the companies I use, has headquarters located in the USA, but they use a factory in China to make and ship the items. The location of the warehouse has been on lockdown due to Covid, and there is a huge bottleneck when it comes to their postal service… making your items arrive late.

Because of this, I will be discontinuing many items from my store. I am not sure if I will resume using their services when the pandemic ends. Having items shipped from China to the USA is already a huge headache.

Instead I want to focus on  items I can make myself so I can control the quality of the item, as well as ship them myself! 

In the age of Amazon Prime, customers are used to fast shipping. Made-to-order + being shipped in a different country makes it take much longer than customers have been accustomed to. Having late items or items that never arrive at all is not that business I ever wanted to have!

While I have archived most of the items, you may be seeing some of the discontinued items marked as “Sold Out” I will try and see if I can find a manufacturer in North America to make them, if I cannot make them myself.

If you currently have an open order, do not hesitate to email me. Right now as of April 20, 2022, I believe that the items are stuck in the mail system in China. If they don't show up in another couple of months, I do grant refunds for items that never arrive.  You should not pay for something that you didn't get!
